We are proud that our ranch is among the top guest ranches in the country, and the outstanding service we provide to our guests is what makes us “Miles Above Ordinary.”
To maintain this high level of service, we screen applicants carefully and hire only those we feel will help us live up to our reputation. We are looking for qualities that will help us exceed the expectations of our guests. Good people skills are a ‘must’ for all positions. We want men and women who are enthusiastic, considerate, and genuinely friendly, and who will go out of their way to help our guests have a wonderful vacation. Our best staff members are hardworking, dependable individuals, and flexibility is a key quality that helps us all get along.
All our positions require certain skills. For other positions, determination, and a willingness to learn will help you acquire the necessary skills after you arrive.
Compensation is by way of salary; overtime pay and room and board.
